While I wasn't there, recently, they had more issues (intermittent network stalls), though I suspect it was due to bandwidth or something else (maybe WiFi contention if two many devices were at one AP) since their WiFi signals were strong and the problems are intermittent. I'm occasionally recruited to work on their network and a year or two ago I switched their WiFi to 4 eero Pros with Ethernet backhaul which seemed to get rid of all the dead zones.

They have a lot of devices and often 5+ people around. They have wired Ethernet (Cat5e) to many rooms, but have struggled with WiFi coverage and performance.
